Every P³LED display ships with a manufacturer-backed warranty covering panels, power supplies, and receiving cards against defects in materials and workmanship. Exact coverage terms are stated on your quote and invoice — ask your rep for the coverage summary for your specific product line before you buy.
Spare parts
Wall orders include a spares kit (modules, power supplies, receiving cards) sized to the installation so a single failed component never takes your wall dark while a replacement ships.
Getting help
Email info@p3led.net with your order reference (it's on your receipt and in your account) and a photo or video of the issue. The same team that engineered your order handles the fix — no offshore ticket queue.
