Quotes & pricing
Quotes are valid through the date stated on the quote (typically 30 days). Pricing is confirmed at payment; obvious pricing errors on the site or a quote may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Payment
Orders are paid in full or by deposit with the balance billed at the milestone stated on the quote (typically before shipping or on delivery). Payments are processed by Stripe. Title transfers on delivery; risk of loss passes per the shipping terms on your quote.
Lead times & delivery
Lead times on quotes are good-faith estimates. Custom and configure-to-order products begin production after payment clears and are not cancellable once in production, except as required by law.
Returns & refunds
Because most P³LED products are built or configured to order, returns are handled case-by-case — contact us before shipping anything back. Warranty service is described on the Warranty page and on your quote.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P³LED's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
