What we collect
When you request a quote, create an account, or place an order we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, company, shipping address, and the details of your project. Saved wall configurations are stored with your account.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, process orders, arrange delivery and installation, and answer your questions. We send transactional email (receipts, quote and order updates) through Resend. We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — they never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Where it lives
Application data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) and our site is hosted on Vercel. Access to customer data inside P³LED is role-restricted and audited.
